On April 22, the winner of the People’s Choice Award for the FVPG exhibition Clay 2024—Passionate About Clay, held at the O’Connor Group Art Gallery in the Chilliwack Cultural Centre in Chilliwack was announced!
The winner is (drum roll please. . . .)
Pat Schendel, for her Flower Within a Flower, a spectacular piece with multiple components and crystalline glaze.
The Runner up was Sue Johnston, with Horned Goat Jar, and third place was Sue Schellenberg, with her work Otters.
To note, the Door Prize winner of 2 little bunnies on a rock- donated by Bruna Sbranchella, was won by Lily Ligocki.
